*The 2010 NODA Internship Program*

The 2010 NODA Internship Program is now
underway!

*Orientation Practitioners*—waiting for you is a great opportunity not only
to have an impact on the future of orientation, but to gain from the fresh
perspective and viewpoint of an enthusiastic and eager new staff member.
The internship program can also provide an economical way to increase the
number of staff during a busy time of year, while increasing the ideas, the
experience and the connections for your program.

*Students*—a NODA internship can provide you with a wider variety of
experience while adding to your contacts, knowledge and perspective.  You
can explore institutions very different from your own, geographical
locations that are new to you, or experiences you have not yet had the
opportunity to have.  It’s just a click away!  *NEW THIS YEAR:*   candidates
may create their profiles NOW – including completing the online application
sections, and uploading a resume.  The posting will be available in early
December – at that time candidates can review positions, identify those for
which they want to apply in Round One and submit their completed

will be due late November; Candidate Applications will be due early January.

In addition, if you are attending NODAC 2009, look for the session “*The
NODA Internship Program: Inspiration at its Best* ”, designed for both
potential hosts and potential candidates.
