[Relay-L] Committee Attendance

First off, I would like to thank everyone that was at the meeting tonight, but there were at least 2/3 that did not show up and I only heard from two people. I understand that we are all busy with exams, but it is one hour every two weeks and if you absolutely can't make the meeting, it takes 30 seconds to send a text or email to let me know. We are going to have a 10 weeks or a quarter (i know, old school) after Christmas break until the event so the more we can accomplish now, the less work we will have in the spring (when the weather's nice, and fests are plentiful). We have great experienced committee chairs but they need the helps of their committee's for this to be a great relay. For those of you that missed tonight please look at the attached PowerPoint and please volunteer to help with our events! The following events will be coming up this week so be looking for emails (EACH EVENT IS WORTH A POINT):

    Tabling (selling shirts, CAC mission activity fundraiser) - Wednesday, October 24th 1 - 4pm
    Flyer Handout - Thursday, October 25th 2 – 5pm
    CAC and UPC event - Friday, October 26th 1 - 3pm (tentative)

Also we will be having another all committee meeting next week. There will be more information coming in the next couple days.
