[Relay-L] Meeting Minutes Oct 12th

Next Meeting Oct 26th at nine in Bentley 132
Committee Heads need to be at least 15 minutes early to meetings

*Survivorship and Sponsorship- Decide how many cards you'll need to send out for Holidays so Hilary can get them. They will be sent out Finals week
*Sponsorship- Info about becoming a sponsor to businesses on Court Street
*Team Recruitment- Contact Dorms for info on becoming a team for Relay. Kick off date is Jan 14th Baker Ballroom at 7pm
*Entertainment- Schedule events. They are taking ideas for events
*Join the Facebook Group if you haven't yet. Add Katey Mueller as a friend and then add all your friends to the group. Need article ideas for Newsletter
*If committees need money for things contact Ryan Haury, treasurer, rh359606 at ohio.edu
*There is a 5k to benefit the PING Relay team on Parent's Weekend
*Think of fundraiser ideas. Mention Relay and making teams at hall meetings. 
*I need phone numbers and emails from the following people:
