survivorship & aphio: could you guys please be prepared with a list of things 
you  need for the survivors' reception so hilary can get your stuff for you?
AND: alexa, i know you said you made up an invitation for survivors and we 
need that asap. please bring that to the meeting tomorrow. do you need help 
with anything?

entertainment: please come prepared with a list of stuff you need  hilary to 
get for you also.

MAKE SURE COMMITTEE HEADS ARE GETTING IN THEIR UPDATES TO HILARY BY NOON 
TOMORROW FOR THE AGENDA!
