[Relay-L] Meeting Minutes May 5th, 2009

Hey everyone!

-Lori from the Red Cross came to discuss their ideas for Relay. If they can get tables and chairs they will be in the Junior Fair Building instead of the Bus for blood donations. Last year they asked at least members from each team give blood, like to ask that again- at the least. They want to have a table by us at registration to get people to signup to give blood at certain times to reduce chaos. They will be at Relay til around nine. During May if you give blood you have a chance to win Marathon gas cards. 
-Courtney is getting a prize for Relay from Coldstone
-Morgan is getting a prize for Relay from Court Street Diner
-Natalie is getting a prize for Relay from Endless Rayz
-Entertainment got a DJ for around $125-Kyle
-71 Teams!
-Surviorship- Invitations
-Everyone is painting the Grafitti Wall Sun May 10th at ten pm
   - Any info on Paint the town purple ribbons?

Bentley 124 Captain's Meeting at 7 30 May 12- be there
