Hey Maddie,

Pat McFadden's email address is patmcfad at hughes.net I already asked him if 
he was available on the 29 if we would need him and he said yes. That was 
last week though so they may want to contact him soon if we can't find 
anyone else. It will be $450. If you decide to go with him. have your 
entertainment chairs tell him to send the invoice to me and he will know 
what to do.

Yes, I was able to send out a mass email to all participants, so I can do 
it again with the schedule, no problem.

hey - billie said that she gave you contact info for pat mcfaden for the 
sound 
system and i wanted to see if you could pass that along to me so i can 
give it 
to the entertainment ppl.

also, were you able to send out an email frmo the site about the letter 
writing party? if that worked out, when morgan sends out the schedule for 
the 
entertainment at actual relay, if you could also email that to the team 
captain's as well just so they know what's going to be happening that 
evening.
