hey ladies.

okay so for the letter writing party we need to get like 5 boxes of cheese and 
5 boxes of pepperoni pizza to have for the teams. could one of you please call 
Domino's by BP here in athens to see if they'll give us a discounted price? 
this needs to be done by Saturday afternoon. I know we're going home for the 
weekend, but all it takes is a quick phone call: 740 593 3395. please email me 
back if you are willing to do this so i know what's going on! thanks!

ALSO: Christiana: will you please contact the lady at pepsi, Laura? 740 593 
3366. i've corresonded with her a couple weeks ago and she is going to donate 
pop to us for the event. she knows you'll be calling. tell her last year we 
had lots of pop left over and to see if she knows how much we were given, then 
maybe reduce that amount a bit. the same should go for hot dogs. i want to 
reduce that amount so as to reduce waste.

ONE MORE THING: natalie,, from the entertainment committee, is in the process 
of filling out a form for subway to donate subs to us. do we want to still 
pursue this idea? if so, how many subs do you think we should get? if we dont 
want them at relay, can we get them for another thing? let me know what you 
guys think STAT so i can get back to natalie!
