We should have cold water again. In order to maintain cold water, we need to make sure we turn all of the water off in the kitchen when we are not using it. Specifically the spray hose in the kitchen. If the showers on the third floor are still hot, let them run for a few moments and see what happens.  Let me know if you have any questions.
