[Phipsi-l] Please Complete Scholarship Application

Dear Everyone, 
If you are a sophomore or above, would you please take time to complete the
application for this scholarship. I have had the deadline extended to
December 15. Complete the form and mail it in.

You also need to have an official transcript sent. You do that by clicking
on the following link.

I would really like everyone who qualifies to apply. It doesn¹t take that
long and the money was given directly to your chapter. Please let me know if
you have any questions.
