[OUWC] community service

Hope everyone is having a good Monday so far! I just received an email from club sports about a community service opportunity. This will not only help the team gain community service hours, but most importantly help the students who live at Carriage Hill Apartments. Here is the information below if you are interested:

As many of you know, there was a fire at Carriage Hill Apartments yesterday and Baker Center is collecting donated items for those who have been displaced. This is a great opportunity for you to earn easy community service hours. One bag of donated items counts as 1 hour of community service per person.

Donations can be made on the fifth floor of Baker at the 1804 Lounge. All basic necessities are needed (ie. toiletries, clothing, nonperishable food items). When you take your donation to Baker, please take a photo of what you donated and submit the photo and total number of bags to me via email. The photo will act as your forms. Your team will receive credit and you do not have to fill out a community service form online.
