[OUWC] lineups, workouts, schedules

Hello!

Great job this morning on our 5K! I'm really excited about this upcoming season, and you all should be too! I am sending out the lineup for HOTC in this email. These lineups are not set in stone.

Regardless if you are in a boat or not, I want you to know that things could change between now and next Friday. We need to continue with positive attitudes and respect; on and off the water. If Jeannie or I see that people aren't following through with these two things, we will have to pull people aside and have a conversation.

The rowers that are not attending HOTC and the rowers without a lineup, will be completing the exact same workout in Ping. If we do need to make adjustments, everyone will be prepared.

In addition, these workouts will help us build up our strength and endurance for HOTO. Hopefully we will be able to race more boats in Pittsburgh. Please contact me with any questions, comments, or concerns. I'd be happy to sit down and talk with you!
