[OUWC] swim meet

Hello:)


I wanted to send a reminder to the girls that are signed up for the swim meet this Saturday (this also goes for all community service/fundraiser events we do as a team). Please remember what the code of conduct states, and that each of you have signed your name to the following guidelines:


1. In the event that a member does not attend a community service event, and does not have a valid excuse, the executive board, depending on the discretion, will assess a punishment.



2. Excuses for fundraisers, community service events and any other team function must be given to the executive board within a week before the given event or fundraiser. The person needing to be excused must find a replacement as necessary.
