[OUWC] Tomorrow's Workout

Hey guys,


Here are the videos and the lifting circuit for tomorrow morning. Watch the videos and if you still don't understand or if you're confused please ask me to clarify tomorrow morning and I absolutely will!


For the face pull, you'll need the rope attachment that Tyler uses in the video. The attachments for that machine are on a few racks in the lower weight room by the rock wall. I believe it's a black rope and that's the attachment you need for that lift. We'll go over it in the morning a little more.

Overhead Press, 5x5
Face Pulls, 4x8
Lateral Delt Raises, 3x12

Lunges, 2x10 (per leg)
