There are plentiful fundraising events coming in hot. Please bare with me and read through the list and let me know if you have any questions.

RACE FOR A REASON
Packet pickups:
• Thursday, April 23 - 4:00–7:00pm — OhioHealth O’Bleness Hospital Cafeteria (Enter Main Entrance and turn LEFT at the end of the main hall)
• Friday, April 24 - 11:00–9:00pm - Pick-Up at Buffalo Wild Wings
• Saturday, April 25th - LATE Packet Pick-Up – Walter Fieldhouse
◦ 5K Run, 3K Walk, & Mud Run – 7:45–9:15am

CHECK- IN, BAG CHECK & CHIP PICK-UP – Walter Fieldhouse
• You may drop a bag off to be picked up at the end of the race at Walter Fieldhouse.
• The Mud Run race day packet pick-up and timing chip pick-up will begin at 7:45am.
• If you did not sign a Race Waiver when you registered, you must do so here!!!

RACE START TIMES & LOCATIONS
• The Mud Run will begin at 9:30am INSIDE Peden Stadium.
• All races will finish inside Walter Fieldhouse.

FITNESS FEST & AWARDS CEREMONY
• Please stay after your race to enjoy Fitness Fest, Awards & our Post-Race Concert beginning around 10:30.Lot 133 (Between Walter Fieldhouse and Peden Stadium) will be available for participants to stand in before the race.
• Fruit, granola, bagels, and other refreshing snacks will be available for race participants.

KROGER COMMUNITY REWARDS
This is one of our easiest fundraisers, but it is only easy if we have people enrolled in the program. Every year we must re-enrol all of our participants. So if you enrolled in the fall, you must re enroll in the spring. If it is possible for you, please try and sign up as many people as you can. People you can enroll include your roommates, friends, family members, suite mates, etc. I have attached the instructions on how to enroll and sample email message that I used last year to send around to my friends and family who have a Kroger nearby. If you are from area where there are nor Kroger stores near by, please talk to me.

SPRING BEDLOFTS
You must be in Athens by 7:454 AM on May 3rd. IF YOU HAVE PROBLEM WITH BEDLOFTS PLEASE COME TALK TO EMILY AND I.

SUMMER BEDLOFTS
Mark your calendars: August 13th-16th and August 21st-22nd.
