Happy Friday! Here is an official reminder/"if you didn't get the sign up sheets then sign up" request from you dearest Fundraising chair! The people I have signed up for Cedar Point (Fri, Oct. 18-Sun, Oct. 21) are:

Peeps that are listed above, send me your shirt size ASAP, so I can turn in our form, and finalize all paperwork. Please have this to me by SUNDAY NIGHT. I would say you can text me,  but my phone is broken until further notice.

Consider this your official "contract" for attending the Cedar Point fundraiser. If you have a LEGITIMATE excuse that is absolutely unavoidable, it is your responsibility to find someone to take your spot. I have to do this because we are at the EXACT number of people we need to attend (20).

With that being said, if you ARE NOT on this list and CAN GO, e-mail me pronto, and I'll add you. If we can take more people- we can get more money.

You guys have paperwork you need to send me, which I have attached to this e-mail. You must fill out the Group Worker Acknowledgment & Sign Off form. I need these ASAP TO SECURE OUR SPOT IN THE FUNDRAISER. You need to know your Driver's License # and its issuing state. When they ask for Org name put: Ohio U. Women's Crew!! Read through the form, sign and date it then give it to me.

Varsity, feel free to bring these to practice Monday. However, if you can scan them (there is a nice scanner that will send anything you scan to your e-mail on the second floor of Alden) this would be a much better option. That way, I can get it sooner and e-mail it directly to Kings Island Fundraising Staff.

Novice, same thing, try to scan and e-mail it to me (use savannah.bales at gmail.com OR sb295208 at ohio.edu, I don't care.) IF NOT, the latest I want these forms back is the meeting on Wednesday.

Same goes for Kings Island people, this is your official contract. If you can go and you are NOT on the list, tell me and I shall add you.
