<span style="font-weight: bold;">EXACT</span> number of people we need to attend (20).

</span>You need to know your D<span style="font-weight: bold;">river's License #</span> and its<span style="font-weight: bold;"> issuing state</span>. When they ask for Org name put:<span style="font-weight: bold;"> Ohio U. Women's Crew!!</span> Read through
the form, sign and date it then give it to me.<br>

Varsity, feel free to bring these to practice Monday. However, if you can scan them (there is a nice scanner that will send anything you scan to your e-mail on the second floor of Alden)<span style="font-weight: bold;"> this would be a much better option.</span>
That way, I can get it sooner and e-mail it directly to Kings Island Fundraising Staff.
