Hey Team! The email below is from one of the organizers of the rowing study that 
has been going on in the last few months at OU. They are testing the 
physiological differences between using the new Concept II and the old Concept 
II ergs. It will be interesting and fun! I'm pumped about it. I am a TA for it, 
so ask me if you have any questions! I'll be bringing sign-up forms to the 
meeting on Wednesday. If you are unable to come to the meeting, please send me 
times that you are able to do it.

Kate,
Thanks for being patient as we get everything organized. Attached is an excel 
file with available days and times for the rowing study. Please have interested 
individuals pencil in their name and email address for a time spot. Each person 
will do 4 sessions that will each last about 20 minutes. In each session you 
will be required to row 6-10minutes starting easy going to all out, alternating 
between the original ergs and a brand new ergs. Interested individuals should 
sign up for a time that they can consistently repeat on alternating days (MWF or 
TTH). I have attached a map to find the location of the testing sight. If you 
need me to stop into a meeting this weekend or week to help recruit please let 
me know.
