Attached is an excel file with available days and times for the rowing study. Please have interested individuals pencil in their name and email address for a time spot. Each person will do 4 sessions that will each last about 20 minutes. In each session you will be required to row 6-10minutes starting easy going to all out, alternating between the original ergs and a brand new ergs. Interested individuals should sign up for a time that they can consistently repeat on alternating days (MWF or TTH). I have attached a map to find the location of the testing sight. If you need me to stop into a meeting this weekend or week to help recruit please let me know. </SPAN></P>
