Good evening Ladies,
Meetings are supposed to start at 7pm. Please try to show up on time. I know its the end of the year but we still have meetings and you still have to come unless you have a valid excuse!!! EVERYONE!!!

Here are the minutes,



Date: May 16, 2012

Time start: 7:03pm

End Time: 7:23pm


Attendance: 18
Mixed boats on Friday around 6pm
Alumni Row- Saturday 1pm to 6pm.
We are bringing food.
Unless you have a valid excuse, you have to be there.
Things we need-
    -hotdogs, buns, Condinments, Chips, Salsa, Cookies, Drinks,
    -Hotdogs- Michele, Chelsey, Ana
    -Buns(Hamburgers and Hotdogs)-Sarah H. , Ana, Chelsey, Asa, Genevieve
    -Chips/ Salsa- Dana, Lizy, Sarah H
    -Ketchup and mustard- Camyel Y
    -Pasta Salad- Megan G.
    -Veggies- Megan, Genevieve
    -Cookies- Kalia , Becky
    -Drinks- Becky, Lizy
    -Burgers and or Buns for Burgers- Lizy, Genevieve
If anyone else can contribute, it would be helpful!!! Thanks!!!
Asa-
If you owe Asa money, give it to her. Or email her to talk about a plan.
Unis-
Check has been mailed.
We have Started applying to get an office for next year- We’ll find out in June(YAY)!!!
Varsity Jacket-
They will be sent to Megan G. house. Give her your address if you want it mailed to your house over the summer.
Dadvail money
     -due week 9 It will be less than SIRA. Pricing will be told when found.
    -Food was about 4 dollars per person
Fundraising /Thank you Letters need to be sent out.
