Good job to those who went to PIS today and good luck to those of you in Boston tomorrow.

NO formal practice Monday, however 1 hour of continuous cardio on your own schedule. Please remember to be writing these sessions down.

Reminder: No water bottle on Tuesday = LAPS (this is your nagging mother speaking!!!)
