[Ouwcrew-l] Excuses for regattas

Hey girls,

If you are to miss a regatta please send in an e-mail to me a week prior to the regatta you'll miss. Also, if you're going to be brought or go home with your parents we'll need to know that as well so that I know where you girls are. Please include:

    1. The regatta
    2. Who you're staying with
    3. An alternate phone number to get ahold of you incase we can't get ahold of you
    4. FINALLY check out with me before you leave
