Girls,

Here's the list of who is working where and at what time ... please bring the extra person that I have asked you to provide. If you can't work one of the days that you are assigned you need to find a replacement and let your 'leader' (highlighted in red) know. In regards to Saturday if you cannot do the time that I've assigned you then you'll need to find someone (from another green) to switch with you and let your leader know. We may send people home depending on how many we can get to show up :)  (I'll define central at a later date)

Brief description of what you'll be doing: you'll be sitting under a tent selling the lofts and other merchandise Bedlofts has provided. Once you have sold a loft you will then describe to them how to put it together and they will take it up the stairs and assemble it themselves. We have a very easy job ... according to Alyssa you should bring some sort of reading material because it can get boring.

Hey ladies,

Okie dokie so just to remind all of y?all, on Monday September 6th we are going to be going to get boats.  We will be rolling out at 9:00 AM.

Soooooo everyone needs to meet at Ping by 8:45.  We have had some issues with arriving on time for things so let?s start off the year on the right foot =)

* = able to drive
If you for some reason cannot go you need to let me know no later than Saturday (9/4) at 10 PM. I need to know either way if you can go or not?if you can?t you must realize that this is a mandatory event and it is up to me to determine if the excuse is legit.  We all know those boats are heavy and we need as many hands as we can.
