My beautiful rowers,

I will be going on a date throughout the day and night with Alden. Although we are going to try to increase the amount of time we spend together we are willing to add more to our group. If you are wanting someone to sit with please text me and I can let you know where I'll be stationed. :)

Everyone did a fantastic job this morning and I couldn't be more proud of you. We are a team who is unwilling to give up and go hard with every practice we have. Remember one important thing for the rest of the week (Coach says this all the time) ... the last 1,000 meters of your race are the times where other teams are falling apart and we will not let our team do that. We will be powerful and give everything we have and that all starts with practice ... practice like you'll row this weekend :D Go hard or go home, right?

Like I said, I'm so proud of how far we have come and I can't wait to see what we can accomplish this weekend and for the rest of the year.
