alright in case some of you did not get the email once again I am making a 
revision:

the amount due money wise on Monday will be just $178.66 as far as I know 
(this includes the hotel and vans I believe).  I apologize for the mix up 
but hopefully it is correct now...if not it will be taken care of but 
patience will be a virtue.  Once again the amount to be due on Monday will 
be $178.66 not the previously stated amount in the previous post. get it 
got it good
