Hello Girls,

I hope the week off from rowing gave you a chance to catch up on some school work.

I was hoping to get more practices in but I guess the boats are going back this weekend. So that being said, we will try and have boats go out this week. Bring Wrenches if you have them on Tueday and friday.

At the meeting tonight drivers will need to be figured out. On Friday there needs to be 2 people less, you can decide who those are. Some days people will have to switch hit and row the other side.

all best,

Subject: [Ouwcrew-l] 6K RESULTS

Hello Ladies,

I have attached an excel spreadsheet of everyones 6K results so you can see where you stand in relation to your teammates. Do not be discouraged by your standings. I have included you weight adjusted time as well and weighted ranking. This adjustment takes into account basically your weight displacement in a boat. There is still plenty of training to do and plenty of time to improve your standing/performance, especially if you take winter break training seriously.

Have a good weekend,
Nick
