[Ouwcrew-l] Minutes and practice the rest of the week

Camp Bob #2 was due today! It was 135$. if you have not paid and not talked
to Jill about it, there is no excuse for you not to have it to her. If you
haven't talked to Jill, there will be late fees... sooo get it to her asap!

If you have t-shirt ideas for MACRA... e-mail it to Erin Derosa AS SOON AS
YOU CAN PLEASE. This is a big fundraiser we need to make them very
appealing!
Erin will be sending out info about adopt-a-highway on Friday. watch your
inboxes for this

ELECTIONS ARE THIS SUNDAY!!!! 6PM in room 011 in bentley. you have to be
there. for realz. if we are efficient it shouldn't take too long. if you are
running for something, have a little something to say to make your case!

we will be staying at the YMCA for SIRA, thanks Hannah!
We usually leave for SIRA around 12pm. There may be a late van leaving a
little later than that. If you think you need to go late, you need to E-mail
Tegan as soon as you can. first come, first serve.

Dues are due next week. they are 75$. woo.

tegan will let you know what gas monay will be soon.

FUNdraising.
Thursday we will be distributing flyers from Grinders for a FUNdraiser. if
you were not at the meeting, you need to e-mail Lauren Conover and tell her
when you are free on thuuuursday.

the 25th is Strouds clean-up day! probably in the afternoon.

Ok, pay attention. practice the rest of this week.... these are the people
in the boats going out, we can only take an 8 and a 4 for the next few days.
there is probs a mistake in the following somewhere. if you see a glaring
problem, let me know as soon as you can so i can adjust. :) if you are not
going one day.....

tuesday: the workout will be to row a 10K! divide it however you want it. no
less than a 1K division!! go no higher than 28.
wednesday: 8 X 1K w/ 4 min rest SR: 24, 26, 28, 30, 30, 32, 28, 22
thursday: 4 X 2K w/ 6 min rest. 20, 24. 26, 24
