[Ouwcrew-l] Cross Fit Workout and wednesday

Hello All,

Good luck on finals everyone.

Wednesday workout is 30 minutes of hard cardio (heart rate between 145-160).

When you send me your time for the cross fit workout please include your thoughts on the workout. (Too hard/esy, etc) Also tell me if would you like to do something like it in the future.
