hey everyone,

i just wanted to tell you all to have a fantastic time in philly!  row hard and
make sure you take some time to watch other teams and how they operate, it's a
really great learning experience!  i'm so sad i can't come with you guys, but
i'll see you all when you get back, i can't wait!!!  someone better call me at
some point and let me know how you all do so i don't have to sit and check
regattacentral every five minutes!
