Hi Everyone!

I perceive that an effective EDAD 6010, Introduction to Leadership and Organizational Behavior, and EDAD 6020, Structure and Behavior in Educational Organizations, learning experience has occurred during June. I am proud of the manner that you have participated in the process. You completed, among other things, the equivalent of six papers and crafted and delivered two presentations; not bad at all.

You have engaged in the beginning of a program, not in two disparate courses. Please know that we will return, during the next two years, to the Leadership/Organizational Behavior/Structure/Behavior in Educational Organizations  foundational aspects of administration. In  addition, efforts will continue to be made to help you to grow as listeners, speakers, writers, and analytical thinkers.

Please remember what we discussed at midday yesterday about reflecting. It is relatively synonymous with meta-cognition, (i.e., thinking about your thinking). The process appears to be one of the strongest approaches to learning for most adults.

Sarah, my daughter, had planned, prior to her accident, to be home for the second and third weeks of June to help, particularly given that I was attempting to lead you in learning during the month and attend to Nancy's needs. I was starting to doubt that I could make it through the month without her help. However, it dawned on me, as I drove to the Southern Campus office yesterday, that I have had multiple helpers, namely you. You have been great.

Hope you have a good day tomorrow, during the weekend, and during the 4th of July week.
