Legitimate power - comes strictly from a particular position.  The fact
that you have a position gives you immediate power over subordinates
without any other needed attributes.

This should not be used to gain favors from others.

This might be used to promote your agenda or purpose (goals).

Reference power seems to be the most likely form to use day-to-day.
