Organizational System: Healing & Stewardship would be very natural because it’s intrinsic.

Type of Leadership: Transformational

Healing- Individualized Consideration-- because they observe, listen, or find meaningful ways to motivate based on the individual needs of each person.

Stewardship—Idealized Influence-- because they build trust for acceptance of fundamental and radical changes.

--They are both inspirational motivation because they provide the energy to drive the group forward.

Nomothetic/Idiographic: Idiographic because they are concerned with people & relationships.

Perceptual Lenses: Human Resources & Symbolic because they emphasize the importance of people, they have vision & inspiration.
