The ability to mesh managerial and leadership aspects of administration is
imperative in order to be a productive and effective administrator. As
stated by one source leadership has sometimes been described as taking
people to a place that they might not go on their own. Great leadership
creates followers and to be even more compelling it will create more
leaders. Managerial aspects of administration take on the internal
workings of the organization and allow a comfortable relationship with the
environment and the school. The managerial aspect creates a healthy,
organized, and comfortable environment that is suitable for all
stakeholders of a school.

Leadership creates a vision for stakeholders to see what has not been
developed yet. Stakeholders will entrust in an effective manager and with
their decision making. The amount of push back will dramatically reduce
and the amount of belief will pull stakeholders in the proper direction of
a successful school environment. Effective managers will direct
stakeholders which are made up of the entire community of a school to
entrust and be engrained in the school makeup. A school leader will set
children up for success, cultivate teacher's intrinsic motivation, build
upon superintendent's trust and maybe most importantly boost a communities
appreciation for their school.

The stakeholders tend to feel a bit uneasy when effective managers fail to
address the leadership aspect of their responsibility. When the amount of
guidance of a leader is questioned the stakeholders tend to feel a degree
of risk. Effective managers must use their platform by leading to inspire
children, educators, and a community all for the betterment of a successful
school community.
