Tony and Jessica
1. Proper techniques to deliver an effective speech include, but are not
limited to, likability, rhythm of eye contact, and body language.
2. The intersections between rational systems, managers, transactional
style, Weberian structure, extrinsic motivation, and the structural
perceptual lens.
3. The intersections between natural system, leaders, transformational
style, intrinsic motivation, and the human resources perceptual lens.
4. The importance of identifying and being aware of personal styles
(differing styles can complement one another, while having the potential to
create conflict, especially in regards to communication.).
5. Professional structure is nearly the opposite of micromanaging, and
it intersects with the human resources perceptual lens.
