Hi Everyone,

Registration for the New York Study Tour for Fashion Week in February of 2014 has begun.  Four of the possible 19 spots have been taken.

If you are interested in going on the trip, please contact Lisa Williams at williaL6 at ohio.edu<mailto:williaL6 at ohio.edu> prior to the end of the semester for more information.

The course is scheduled as a fall semester class.  We will be meeting a total of 3 times during fall semester and the final grade will be given after the trip in February.  Dates for fashion week have yet to be set, but most likely the show will occur early to mid February.

 A non-refundable deposit of $150 made out to Ohio University is required to hold your spot.  Final cost of the trip is still to be determined.  Last year the total cost of the trip including the deposit was $1740.  The remainder of the cost of the trip will be billed to you with your bill for fall semester.

The cost of the trip includes hotel, airfare, metro card, transportation to and from New York area airport into the city, bus tour and all associated fees with the tour guide.  Food, personal expenses, baggage fees, tips and transportation to and from the Columbus airport are not included in the cost.
