[OUMRC] Member Waiver

Hey everyone,

Attached is a waiver that needs to be printed and filled out for the meeting tonight at Copeland 001 @ 6:30pm. This waiver only needs to be filled out/signed once per year and it covers what is needed. If you have any questions regarding the waiver or safety related issues such as gear, maintenance, riding level etc. feel free to contact me via email or phone {(740)-416-0043)}.
