[Ouctm-l] Reduced rate NCTM membership

I have, on my door, $5-off membership applications to NCTM. This expires at the end of this month but brings the rate from $39 to $34. Students who will take Math 320L in the Spring or Fall should consider joining at this rate--NCTM membership is a class requirement and we use those resources.
