Important Reminder
A key reminder regarding third-party reimbursements: when an outside organization covers any portion of your travel costs, those expenses must be paid personally, and reimbursement should be requested directly from the sponsoring organization. University booking tools or payment methods should not be used in these situations, and all third party arrangements must be reported to Central Finance ahead of time for proper documentation and audit compliance.
