[Newman-l] Newman Week 4

Hey Newmaners!!

This week we will be having a Newman meeting on Wednesday at the PC at 7:15 PM.  So come and grow in your faith life, socialize with others, and have some food! Here are more announcements:

-TOMORROW, Guys for God will be taking place at the PC at 8:00 PM.  It will just be a chill hangout and a small get together.

-Wednesday, a few of us will be getting together to pray the Rosary at 4:45 PM (before Mass) at the Parish Center.

-Wednesday, Mass will be at the Parish Center Chapel at 5:15 PM.  There will be a FREE dinner after Mass (around 6:00 PM)!

-Wednesday, there will be a sign up for Race for a Reason at the end of the Newman Meeting.  Race for a Reason will be taken place on April 27th.  Please consider this race and if you are truly committed to it, bring $5 to Newman on Wednesday and sign up!! This race is a lot of fun and a great experience. Email or talk to Megan Norris if you have any questions (mn175810 at ohio.edu).

-Also on Wednesday, I know how crazy and cold it is outside, so I will be driving my car to West Green and pick up a few people to drive to Newman.  So if you live on West Green (or around there) and do not feel like walking in the cold, please let me know and I will pick you up! Email me (ls293209 at ohio.edu) or text me (740-336-8998).

-This weekend, Newman will be having a Sibs Bash!! We will be having many board games, food, and movies! Siblings and other guests are welcome! More information on the party will be given at a later time.

-February 15th, there will be a Fish Fry.  Come and help serve others!

-February 23rd, there will be a group of us going to Carey, Ohio for a Carey Shrine trip! We will be carpooling for those who cannot drive. We will meet at the PC at 7:00 AM and then we will be getting back to Athens at 7:00 PM.

-Save the Date! Retreat is the weekend of April 19th-21st.
