[Mathregionals] Policy on Evaluation Committee Membership for vote

Hello,

I am attaching the "Policy on Evaluation Committee Membership", on which
we are ready to vote. There has been no opposition to this proposal, so
the advisory board recommends a "Yes" vote. Note that this is the
default membership policy and does not override the recently passed
policy specific to (Athens) Group I faculty.

There are two ways to vote:

1) In the main office during the voting period, noon Tuesday 21 May to
noon Tuesday 4 June. (It is 2 weeks since this is summer.) Ask Molly,
Nickie, or Tammy for a ballot.

2) By proxy. Either send an email to Molly, Nickie, or Tammy asking to
cast your vote a certain way, or send them an email authorizing someone
else to vote on your behalf.

Passage requires a majority of Group I and II faculty (Athens campus),
not just a majority of those casting votes, so please vote. Regional
faculty are not eligible to vote but are included on this email for
their information.
