[Mathregionals] [Math-faculty] Evaluation Weights policy for vote

Hello,

There were 27 eligible voters. The policy received 19 yes votes and 1 no
vote, with 7 not voting, and so passed. I posted it in the department
blackboard organization in Content/Policies/.
