[Mathregionals] Evaluation Weights policy for vote

Hello,

I am attaching the "Policy on the Assignment of Evaluation Weights", on
which we are ready to vote. There has been no opposition to this proposal.

There are two ways to vote:

1) In the main office during the voting period, Tuesday 9 April noon to
Tuesday 16 April noon. Ask Molly, Nickie, or Tammy for a ballot.

2) By proxy. Either send an email to Molly, Nickie, or Tammy asking to
cast your vote a certain way, or send them an email authorizing someone
else to vote on your behalf.

Passage requires a majority of Group I and II faculty (Athens campus),
not just a majority of those casting votes, so please vote. Regional
faculty are not eligible to vote but are included on this email for
their information.
