Subject: An invitation to your student org

We are writing to invite your student organization to participate in our 3rd Annual Diversity Involvement Fair, as part of Diversity Week 2011.
The Involvement Fair will take place in the Baker Theater Atrium from 11 am to 1 pm on Thursday, March 31. We hold this fair annually to help get diversity-focused groups exposure to the student body at Ohio University, and also so that similarly-oriented student organizations know about each other so that they can work together.
We are inviting your organization specifically because we believe you provide an invaluable service to the Ohio University community that students should be aware of if they are not already. We hope that you will choose to join us on Thursday, March 31 at our Diversity Involvement Fair.
