Subject: Youre invited to help move in the new LINKS freshman!!!!!!

You have been invited to participate in the OMSAR Multicultural student move-in.This is NOT the GO GREEN move-in being held by the university, this is a day earlier and is for LINKS students only. LINKS, the OMSAR office BSU and BSCPB are going to be helping the new freshmen adjust to campus by helping them move into their dorms.
The OMSAR is also inviting everyone to join the freshman class for the LINKS mixer, which involves, games, music and fun.

We need as many people as possible to help. Please let me know if you are going to be able to help out by August 15, so we can have a count of all the volunteers. Your hours spent helping will count as your community service hours if you are on any of the scholarships through the OMSAR. We are really excited that we can give the incoming LINKS class an experience to remember so please let me know as soon as possible.

MOVE-IN: 9am-12pm
EVERYONE WHO IS EVERYONE IS WELCOME TO HELP. The more the better so tell your friends! We want the freshman to feel a sense of family in the multicultural community.

LINKS Mixer 9pm-11pm
There will be games (spades, twister, kickball, volleyball etc.) DJing, Hide and Go seek in the dark and more THIS IS FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO COME< THE MORE THE MERRIER. TELL FRIENDS!

Friday September 2, 2011
There will be a party/social/event of some sort that is TBA, so be on the lookout.
