Hi Dr. Franklin,

My husband is doing some research about what tech skills, especially word
processing skills, are needed for incoming college freshmen.  He is
currently teaching technology at the HS level and would like to improve the
curriculum to better prepare students for college.

If you get a chance, we would love your input.  If any of your grad
students would be willing to answer this question, we'd love their thoughts
as well.
