Dear Teresa Franklin:

Thank you for your registration to SITE 2012--Society for Information
Technology & Teacher Education International Conference to be held in
Austin, Texas, USA, March 5-9, 2012.  http://site.aace.org/conf/

To help you plan for the Conference, we would like to provide an update on
the following prior to your arrival:

> Poster Demonstrations Time Change
> Presentation Confirmation Requirements & No Show
> Presenting a Poster Demonstration
> Conference Overview

** Poster Demonstrations Time has changed to Wednesday 5:15 - 645PM **

Poster Presenter Requirements & No Shows
========================================
Thank you for confirming your Poster demonstration "Improving Physics
Understanding through Haptics-Augmented Physics Tutorial”. As a confirmed
presentation, the SITE Conference has reserved a presentation space, table
and electricity on the Poster Demos floor through a 3rd party vendor. Space
on the floor is limited and the equipment rental is quite costly.

Because of the limited space and high costs, selections to present as
poster demos are too limited. Poster presenters who have confirmed their
presentation but do not show up to present (and do not cancel ahead of
time) will be marked as a No-Show. No-Shows will not be included in
conference proceedings and will be not be accepted to present at future
SITE or AACE Conferences.

Presenting a Poster Demonstration
=================================
http://site.aace.org/conf/categories.htm

Presentation time: 2 hours
AV equipment provided: 4'x 8'poster board, 6' table, 2 chairs, electricity
& Internet

Poster/Demonstration sessions enable researchers and non-commercial
developers to demonstrate and discuss their latest results and developments
in progress in order to gain feedback and to establish contact with similar
projects.
Poster/Demonstration proposals must include.

Poster/Demonstration presenters will be required to arrange for their own
systems software and hardware.

Overview
========
To help you make general plans, see the Conference Overview of events at:

We encourage all to participate in the Special Interest Group (SIG)
sessions.

See you soon in Austin, Texas, USA!

For SITE 2012 Conference Services,

Best regards,
Gary Marks
