1. Manager - Talent Management and Employee Engagement

Alcoa-Mgr, Talent Mgmt & Employee Engagement in our Corporate Center-Pgh,
PA. This position, functions as a managerial level within Alcoa's
organization hierarchy, is a key role in the Corporate HR Talent Mgmt CoE.
This position is responsible for designing, developing, deploying and
evaluating the global processes and tools for Employee Engagement,
Performance Management, Career and Succession Management. This is a critical

2. Java Architect

As an Architect, you will be a technical leader in the Learning Systems team
