Good morning. His Excellency, the former President of the Republic of
Botswana, Festus Mogae will be visiting Ohio University from September 26
-29, 2010.  Mogae served two terms as President of the Republic of Botswana
from 1998-2008. His presidency focused on addressing poverty and
unemployment and featured programs to develop Botswana’s education and
health infrastructure.  His visit to Ohio University will include meetings
with African student leadership groups, business students, a lecture for the
Patton College of Education and Human Services and a keynote address
focusing on African Leadership and Socioeconomic Development for the Ohio
University Community.

I have attached the information for the keynote address. I hope you will be
able to attend and encourage your colleagues and students to attend as well.
