1. Curriculum Solutions Manager

Arlington, Virginia
The Curriculum Solutions Manager must have knowledge and experience in
Instructional  Systems Design and adult learning methodologies to support
and manage course development and maintenance projects for synchronous
instructor- training materials as well as asynchronous on line training
materials

2. Information Technology Trainer

University Park, Pennsylvania
Responsible for delivering both lecture & hands on training for financial
software applications in face to face & distance formats. Develop
proficiency with multiple administrative financial computing software
products on various platforms. Create, maintain & update training materials.
Typically requires Associate's degree or higher, plus 2 years of related
experience. Interviewees should be prepared to present a 20-minute training
session to the Training Services staff & to provide examples of training
materials they have created.

3. Director Customer Relationship Management

Plans,develops, implements and directs the Customer Relationship Management
initiatives for the company. Partners with the management team to align
customer relationship management policies, processes, and systems with the
company's objectives. Promotes operational excellence to maintain the

This is a temporary position.  The purpose of the Learning Management System
(LMS) Administrator position is to coordinate and manage the LMS. This
position will be responsible for the overall LMS management, reporting and
training. . Knowledge of Saba preferred.  . Develop, prepare, and update
reports for management . Train and assist in end-user training of LMS
application . Provide end user support . Ability to multitask in a fast
paced work environment . All other duties as assigned
