1. Learning Management System (LMS) Coordinator
Williamsville, New York
Primary manager of the company's Employee Performance Management System
(EMPS)- administering all activities associated with scheduling,
facilitating, implementing, and recording all training activities while
providing first level support for all users of the EMPS. Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 yrs. experience with admin. of a Learning and/or Performance
Management System and a minimum of 1-3 yrs. supporting or working in a
training or HR organization. Bachelor Degree preferred.
2. Freelance Instructional Designer
Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania
ECRI Institute, an independent non-profit organization that researches the
best approaches to improving patient care, is seeking a Senior Instructional
Designer consultant to develop interactive online courses derived from ECRI
Institute's printed and other reference materials.
3. Manager, E-Learning
Alexandria, Virginia
Manage the design, construction and implementation of e-Learning
applications and courseware. Partner with both internal and external teams
to design, develop and deploy SHRM e-Learning courses and curriculum. Assist
with strategic direction for e-Learning and be responsible for revenue
targets and goals. BS or equivalent required, knowledge of HTML protocol
and coding, previous supervisory experience, 3 to 5 yrs. of demonstrated
experience in course development, online training, instructor-led training
and/or adult learning theory.
4. Education Technology Consultant
Arlington, Virginia
Seeking part time education technology consultant to assist with expanding
successful Northern Virginia based education technology firm. The Company
designs and develops software solutions optimized for use on mobile devices
for K-12. Successful candidate will have at least 2 years of instructional
technology experience, an understanding of the US K-12 education system,
sales and marketing experience, project management skills (preferred) strong
oral and communications skills, working knowledge of the mobile industry and
willingness to travel.
