[Itech] Congrats to Xiangui Yang

[Teresa Franklin]

Graduate Candidates,

I have just learned that Dr. Xiangui Yang is now the Director of the
Lanugage Learning Center at Bowling Green State University.   He graduated
from our IT program a year ago and has been working at the University of
Toledo in programming but decided this was a better fit and applied for and
got the job!
